I am a college student going to a community college. I love to have fun on the weekends. I am currently in a drumline friday nights thru sunday afternoons (No its not like to movie) Im a people person, i've handled a lot of recruiting and dealing with people bitching in previous guilds so I can easily get along with a wide variety of people. I love sports. I am very good at them.

4. What is your raiding experience Pre-BC? In BC? WoTLK? Specify the guilds you were in/leadership role/responsibility. Honestly Pre-BC I didnt raid much. I had a very shitty computer and was unable to raid on even on non-laggy servers. I did the first couple bosses in TK adn SSC that's it. In WOTLK I started raiding more. Naxx, OS 3d, uld 25 up to yogg. Most of ulduar 10 hardmodes. togc 10 mad skill, togc 25 4/5 (several attempts p3 anub), icc 25 7/12, icc 10 11/12

You will need lots of consumables to keep up with the pace during progression raids. Do you have the will and time to put in enough effort to keep an adequate amount? Absolutely. Im not the richest person in the world, but ill have 10k + on me most of the time and always have enough flasks for however long and several indestructible/ speed pots. Cant forget strength food and pet food =)
7. Will you come to a progression raid having already read any available information relevant to encounters?
That is a priority into raiding. Odviously you guys are ahead of the curve and ahead of the point where available videos are accessable, but finding out whatever information I can thats released on the web or from you guys should be a necessary thing before the raid.
8. What do you think about beginning raids early and staying beyond the required raid times to down new content? I say hell yes

E. Professions
1. What are your 2 professions? if they are not maxed to the level of profession perks, why not? Mining and Jewelcrafting. I am completely aware that blacksmithing is better than mining for more damage in raids. I am currently farming the mats for it.
2. If you have a gathering profession/non-optimal race, what is stopping you from changing it to benefit you more? It is no real excuse, but with my old guild breaking up and trying to form this new one on KJ, I haven't really had a lot of time to farm materials because I was riad leading, recruiting, setting up the website, pretty much doing everything.

Raid leading, working the website, recruiting, trying to keep people happy. Pretty much everything a Gm should be doing if not some other officers. Im a bit wiped out and would rather focus on myself being a good raider with other people rather than calling out things for 24 people that arent going to pay attention to what they should be.
3. Do you play actively outside of raiding? Yes I do. I have to started to gain an interest in getting achievement points, so I do as much of those as I can. I also have an 80 mage I play with and a 64 rogue I am leveling.
4. Are you able to take and improve upon harsh criticism? You can ask anyone in my guild, I rarely make mistakes but when I do....I get made fun of for it for a long long time. I am very good at sucking it up and fixing whatever needs to get fixed.
5. There will be Bench time. Everyone will have to sit at one point in time or another. Are you okay with this? As long as its not sitting for an entire month without any raids whatsoever, im fine =) I completely understand raid composition and trying out people, etc.
6. Why are you interested in joining CUTIES ONLY? do you currently know anyone in CUTIES? I do not know anyone in CUTIES personally, but you guys have always been my favorite guild. You all get along together and have fun while being an extremely successfully hardcore raiding guild. I watch all your videos rather than tankspot or any others because you guys do make mistakes in yours. People do die and it happens, its nice to see hardcore raiding guilds make mistakes too and fix them and still get the kill.
7. What are the other guilds you applied to? any particular reason why you are shopping for multiple guilds? keep in mind we do have very good contacts in other guilds, your omission on certain information may be held against you.
I have not apped to any guilds in a few weeks, I gave this guild im in another shot and it just didnt happen for me.
8. If your application is accepted. What kind of raider can we expect you to be? Give a brief description of your attitude towards raiding in both progression and farm content. Does your level of play decline during the farm period?

•How much gold would you charge to get the entire Horde population of Kil'jaeden a Head of Mimiron? God damn....according to WoW census. 9465 horde 80s times 50000 gold a pop would be about 473,000,000 gold
•A sequence of number 0 3 8 15 24 35 48 63 80 x, what is x? they go up in increments of 2. x would be 99
•At nasty debuff similar to curse of doom kills a player in 60 seconds. As it kills a player with the debuff it is instantly jumps to 2 other random players in the raid, and the 60-second countdown resumes. At the start of the pull one random players gets it. Assuming you have 25 players in raid, how long do you raid have to dps down the boss before the raid wipes?
Well givin the last 10 people can survive a boss encounter without dying on their own and only this debuff kills people...300 seconds or 5 minutes.
•You have 8 Titansteel bars; all of them are the same weight except for one that's slightly lighter. How do you find the lighter when you can only use the balance twice?
You split them into 3 groups. 3-3-2. you first weight the 3 and 3. if they are equal then you weight the third group (2) if one of the 3 are lighter than the other three, then you weigh two of those three. if those two are equal then the third of those 3 is the light one, otherwise the scale will tell you itself the lighter one.
•You have 10 bags of coins. All the bags contains 10 10-ounce coin execpt for one bag which contains 10
9-ounce coins. How do you find out which bag contains 10 9-ounce coins with only ONE measurement on the scale? I dont know if this is a trick question or not, but ive thought through it all I could and cannot figure out this one. If it is a trick question id just say weight it with your hands by grabbing each individual one and seeing which is lighter. I do highly doubt it is a trick question though so id love to know the answer =)
